JAMMU, Feb 3: Jammu Development Authority today initiated the process of handing over possession of plots to the allottees of JDA Housing Colony, Gole Gujral, Jammu with the help of district administration and Police.
The process was started in compliance to the directions of the High Court on 04-12-2020 in OWP No. 1139/2016 and 876/2014 with respect to land measuring 16 kanals 01 marla falling under khasra No. 746 min, Gole Gujral, which is part and parcel of JDA Housing Colony, Gole Gujral.
These cases were pending for the last 6 years due to land dispute. The entire exercise was conducted under the supervision of Director Land Management, JDA, Puneet Sharma and over all directions of VC, JDA Babila Rakwal.
