JAMMU, Apr 25: KS Jamwal, Ex-Deputy Director General, Geological Survey of India, will be visiting Ethiopia to render engineering geological advice to Water and Power Consultancy Service, an undertaking of Union Ministry of Water Resources) for its hydro power projects in that country.
Son of the soil, KS Jamwal was approached by Water and Power Consultancy Service (WAPCOS) to seek advice for their Hydro Power Projects in Ethiopia. Jamwal will be going to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, on night of April 27 with engineers of WAPCOS to do needful.
In the past, Jamwal has rendered geotechnical advice for their Hydro Power Projects in Afghanistan, Laos, Myanmar, Bhutan, Nepal, Congo, Burundi in South Africa, etc.
