JAMMU, Feb 24: Jugal Kishore Sharma BJP Member Parliament Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency today said that in Narendra Modi Government tremendous development has taken place in each and every corner of the Jammu region. He said that widening of Jammu to Akhnoor road was the long pending demand of the people and many people met with unfortunate accidents due to excessive traffic and road congestion.
Addressing a public gathering at Pargwal in Chamb Assembly segment today along with Vice Chairman, DDC, Suraj Singh, former MLAs, Dr. Krishan Lal and Rajeev Sharma,
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that a long pending demand of the border residents has also been addressed in Modi Government by starting the construction work of bridge from Pargwal to Indri Pattan over river Chenab.
He said that Pargwal village is situated at the Chicken Neck Indo-Pak Border and movement gets blocked during difficult work of firing times.
Member of Parliament while appraising people of Centrally Sponsored Schemes said that Bharatiya Janata Party is working on the agenda of “Sabka Saath Sabka” Vikaas and for the upliftment of each and every class of the society.
Earlier he listened to the problems and various demands raised by the people at village Pargwal and assured them their redressal.
District president, BJP Akhnoor, Jagdish Bhagat, Mandal president, Balvinder Singh,BDC member, Nisha Kumari, Sarpanches Bhupinder Singh, Om Parkash, Yash Pal, Poli Devi, senior BJP leaders, Jai Singh, Ramesh Khajuria, Pardeep Choudhary, Rekha Sharma, Surinder Singh, Varinder Sharma, Anu Manhas, Sukhdev Singh, Dr. Parshotam were also present.
