NEW DELHI, June 8: JAKSON Engineers Ltd (JEL), a part of JAKSON Group, on Monday announced the appointment of Alexey Ustinov to its Board as an Independent Director.
Ustinov brings more than three decades of international leadership experience in sustainable energy systems, electrification, industrial engineering and business transformation, a company statement said.
Ustinov has held senior leadership roles with leading global energy and engineering organisations, including Siemens Energy and Cummins.
His career spans energy systems, power generation, industrial markets and global commercial operations, with experience in strategy, business growth and P&L leadership across diverse international geographies.
