NEW DELHI:Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday deplored the grenade attack on Jammu bus stand in which a man was killed and at least 25 others were injured.
The Minister also wished speedy recovery to the injured.
The grenade attack in Jammu is condemnable. I wish the injured a speedy recovery, the Minister tweeted.
Earlier in the day, a grenade blast rocked the Jammu region at bus stand outside the State Road Transport Corporation bus in which a person was killed, and 27 others were injured.
A senior police official said 27 people were injured in the grenade blast, out of which one person succumbed to his injuries.
The area however, was cordoned and the dog squads were also pressed into service. The security has been stepped up by raising check points at many points.(AGENCIES)
