JAMMU, Oct 10: In the much publicized court complex shoot-out case, Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu today granted interim bail to Davinder Singh alias Bunty and Jasvinder Singh, who were allegedly involved in firing.
After hearing Advocate PS Parmar, the court directed that the accused shall be released from the custody on furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 each. The court further directed that they shall not leave the jurisdiction and attend the investigation.
