Every employee big or small in status has to work in tandem with others in order to run the departmental work in a scientific manner. The nature of work may differ from one person to another but it is their joint effort which oils the wheels of a Government. On the one hand we eulogize the profession of teacher as he shapes the future of younger generation, on the other hand the way the teacher has been subjected to harassment does not auger well, no doubt the teacher may not have risen to the expectations of the law maker. He should have been instructed outside the class room, should have been brought to the notice of the higher authorities or head of the institution who could have taken appropriate action against teacher. The law makers have every right to inspect the working of schools but not outside the limits after all a teacher has also got his own respect.
