Indian Bank inks MoU with Tata AIG

CHENNAI, Aug 26: The public sector Indian Bank on Monday
signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata AIG
General Insurance, a leading private sector insurance player, to
offer a variety of general insurance products to its customers.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Ms Padmaja Chunduru
MD and CEO of Indian Bank and Mr Saurabh Maini, Senior Vice
President and Business Head?Key partnership Group, Tata AIG
General Insurance, an Indian Bank release here said.
The partnership will see around 2,900 branches of the bank spread
across India, offering diverse range of insurance policies benefiting
its customers by way of protection, wealth creation and savings.
Tata AIG General Insurance will work with the bank for sales training,
product support and ensuring smooth operational processes, all leading
to seamless service to customers.
