SRINAGAR, Aug 16: Governor N. N. Vohra hoisted the National Flag at a brief ceremony held at Raj Bhavan, as part of the Independence Day celebrations.
The Governor greeted the assembled officers and staff of the Governor’s Secretariat and the Security personnel on this joyous occasion. Sweets were distributed among all those present on the occasion.
