JAMMU, Aug 19: The Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) here today organized a session on ‘Finding Passion and Purpose in your Profession’ for the faculty members of YCET and IMS.
Speaker for the session was Nidhi Jamwal, Chief Coordinator IMS, who also works as Part-Time Life Coach to provide Core Skills Training for Effective Client Management and employee engagement in US based IT Firms and Life Skills Training to Mid Level Managers and entry level employees in Corporates.
She enlightened the faculty members to realize their potential in their profession so as to give meaning to their daily work. She also highlighted the essence of employee engagement and its impact on the organization.
The session concluded with a sapling presentation to the Speaker as a token of appreciation from the faculty of IMS and YCET.
The session concluded by a formal vote of thanks by Coordinator, Management Department, Divya Jamwal.
