KATRA, Nov 12: Police today arrested a bootlegger and seized 39 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
During checking and frisking, the Police team of PCP Balini Katra, intercepted the accused and succeeded in recovery of 39 Poly pouches, measuring 250/250 ml each of J&K Excise liquor.
The accused identified as Rajesh Kumar of Aghar Jito was arrested and the recovered liquor was seized. In this connection, a case FIR No.205/2016 U/S 48-A Excise Act, 188/RPC has been registered at P/S Katra.
