KATHUA, Mar 28: District administration today demolished illegal structures here today.
A team of district administration led by Deputy Commissioner Rohit Khajuria, ACR Jatinder Misra, CEO Municipal Council and assisted by Kathua Police demolished a number of the illegal structures raised in front of various establishments and shops.
The anti encroachment drive was conducted in Kalibari Chowk, Army Area Kalibari, Railway Road, Govindsar and various locations of Kathua town. Two JCB were put in job to demolish the illegal structures.
The team also removed illegal structure raised on State land near main khud area.
Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rohit Khajuria said that they are getting complaints about construction of illegal structures and today’s drive was to demolish the illegal structures.
