JAMMU, Nov 20: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, pinned new rank on the newly promoted Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Narinder Singh in a simple function held here at Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu this morning.
A statement said that S Narinder Singh is presently posted at ZPHQ Jammu.
While felicitating the DySP (M) Narinder Singh, the IGP Jammu wished him good luck and urged him to work with zeal and zest to make the department proud. He hoped that the promotion would bring a new spirit of public service among the officer.
Other police officers who attended the pipping in ceremony were Vishal Manhas, SO to IGP Jammu and Janardhan Singh Slathia, DySP (S), Private Secretary to IGP Jammu Zone.
