IED initiation switches recovered

Srinagar, Jan 25: Army and police today recovered 26 pull switches and war like stores from a militant hideout in North Kashmir Bandipora district.
Sources said that Army’s 14 Rashtriya Rifles and Bandipore police conducted a joint operation in Shok Baba forests of Bandipore district of North Kashmir and recovered 26 pull switches from a hideout.
The recovery of sensitive material used in preparing IEDs and mainly used to initiate an explosion. “The war like stores has marking of Pakistan Ordnance Factory (POF). Police have registered an FIR in Police Station Bandipora.
