JAMMU, June 11: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has launched a month long Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) assurance campaign title “HP Hai Jahan Bharosa Ha Wahan” at its retail outlets (petrol pumps) across the country.
The campaign was launched in Jammu at a programme held at HPCL retail outsets M/s Jay Kay Gas, Jammu and Tawi Service Station Jammu by Mohammad Iqbal, Assistant Director FCS&CA along with Prince Singh, Chief Regional Manager HPCL, Vipin Kumar, Senior Manager Retail Upgradation and Anil Kumar Sokhiya, Assistant Manager Quality Control today.
A large number of customers, local dignitaries, HPCL dealers and officers were present during the programme.
The speakers explained the features of the campaign and reiterated HPCL’s unshakable commitment towards the quality and quantity promise of HPCL.
The campaign is intended to provide customers and general public a forum to affirm the Q&Q of petrol and diesel sold at HPCL retail outlets across the country. Special arrangements are made at the petrol pumps for easy ‘hands on’ ascertaining of the product Q&Q aspects by these, as per the prescribed testing procedures.
Customers and other participants who carry out the testing process of Q&Q of the product are rewarded with 100 Packback points in HP-Refuel App. Selected lucky customers will also get 5 litres of petrol fres. The customers have to send of the Transaction ID of the testing carried out by them in the format HP<space> Testing Transaction ID to the mobile number 09223076601 to participate in the campaign.
Through this campaign, HPCL wishes to reinforce customers’ confidence in the robust Q&Q process practiced at its retail outlets and demonstrate HPCL’s commitment to Good Fuel Promise.
