JAMMU, Aug 23: A deputation of JDA Housing Colony Welfare Association, Roop Nagar led by its president Uttam Deep Sharma called on Vice Chairperson JDA and apprised her about the long pending demands of the people of the area.
The delegation demanded repairs to road on Aap Shambhu temple, roads of Sector 7 & 8 and inner roads in other sectors including drains and parks which have not been attended to in spite of the repeated requests made by the Association to this effect.
The VC assured the deputation that their demands will be solved on priority basis.
The other members of the delegation included B K Sharma, J N Ralli, Nand Lal Bhat, Ashok Gupta, Mulkh Raj Sharma, Gulab Chand etc.
