JAMMU, Feb 17: Lt Gen D S Hooda, Northern Army Commander, called on Governor N N Vohra, at the Raj Bhawan here today.
The Governor discussed with Lt Gen Hooda the important issues relating to the procedures to be followed before and post-operations against militants/terrorists and the strict enforcement of reasonable restrictions to minimize inconvenience to the people at large.
The Governor and Gen Lt Hooda also discussed various issues relating to security management along the International Border, Line of Control, Line of Actual Control and counter terrorism operations in the hinterland.
