Hold inquiry into Govt job on fake certificate: PRV

KISHTWAR, Oct 13:  Pahari Revolutionary Movement has demanded  high level inquiry against  sub-inspector Excise Javaid  Ahmad Shah, who has managed Government job on fake certificate.
In a meeting of the organization held here today under the chairmanship of  Mehmood Khan, its president; the members expressed serious concern over the matter and alleged that some top officials of the department were trying to shield the guilty while the CID reports and Crime Branch have established the case. The members demanded immediate dismissal of the accused employee. They said that despite the FIR lodged by Crime Branch and Vigilance organization, Kashmir, the Government is silent on the matter. The CID in its report, has communicated the Police headquarters  that  Javaid Ahmad Shah was  fraudulently  appointed vide its letter  No:-CID/GB/CLT-15-59, File No:-CLT59/15.
In its report CID has clearly indicated that the appointment of said SI  is completely fraudulent as he has never been adopted by anyone.  He has shown himself as son of Aslam Shah who was killed in 1998, the body was found  hanging in an orchid with a tree. The age gap between Javaid Ahmad Shah and his father is only eight years. It was also established that as per  deceased’s sister Salima,  Aslam Shah was not killed by militants but was murdered. She demanded the reopening of  the ‘murder case’ of her brother. Against the said accused an FIR No. 33/2015 dated 30-09-2015  stands lodged in Police Station Kashmir on 30th of September another FIR by crime branch was lodgedagainst him vide FIR No 32/2015 under Section 5(1) read with 5(2) J&K Prevention of Corruption Act . The  Excise Commissioner and DC Excise Executive Kashmir  in spite of  suspending him, simply attached him in  DC office Kashmir.     Those who attended  the meeting included  Jugal Sharma, Ravinder Rana, Ajaz Ahmed Shah, Parduman Singh, Sunil Sharma, Irfan Qureshi and others
