SRINAGAR, Oct 8: High Court has granted promotions to section officers/ PA-cum-senior scale stenographers, head assistants, senior assistants and other employees working in Subordinate courts of the State.
The Order to this effect was issued by Chief Justice of the State here today. Consequent upon these promotions the High Court has also issued the transfer and posting orders of these employees.
The Court has promoted Mohammed Sharief Beig, Ghulam Hussain and Mohammed Saleem Sheikh all section officers as accounts officers in the grade of Rs 9300-34800 (Grade Pay Rs 4800).
Om Parkash PA-cum-senior scale Stenographer was promoted as Administrative Officer in the grade of 9300-34800 (Grade Pay Rs 4800).
Consequent upon these promotions Mohammed Sharief Beig, who was working as Section Officer Principal District & Sessions Court Budgam is transferred and posted as Accounts Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Anantnag against available vacancy.
Ghulam Hussain, Section Officer Principal District & Sessions Court, Kargil is transferred and posted as Accounts Officer in the Court of Principal and District Sessions, Judge Srinagar against available vacancy.
Mohammed Saleem Sheikh, Section Officer, Principal District & Sessions, Court, Jammu is transferred and posted as Accounts Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Udhampur against an available vacancy.
Om Parkash PA-cum-senior scale Stenographer Additional District & Sessions Court, Jammu is transferred and posted as Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Bhaderwah vice Govind Ram Sharma who is transferred and posted in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Jammu against an available vacancy.
The Court has also promoted Shamshada Bano, Pardeep Kumar Sharma, Sanjeev Kumar Bakshi, Raziya Bano, Mohan Lal Sharma, Raksha Devi, Tariq Shaheen and Sharan Pal Singh all head assistants as section officers.
Mohammed Shafi -I, Chanchal Gupta, Sham Lal -II, Shamsher Singh, Ramesh Chander -I, Madan Lal -II, Pawan Kumar -I, Sanjeev Dogra, Mohammed Shafi Gutt, Ram Jyoti Sharma, Bashir Ahmed, Tilak Raj-I, Parshotam Singh, Darbari Lal and Shahida Bano all senior assistants were promoted as head assistants.
Shilpi Gupta, Suresh Kumar, Sudershan Singh, Ranjit Parihar, Preeti Sharma, Rattan Singh, Romesh Chander -II, Zakri Hussian. Lal Hussian III, Darshan Kumar, Ghanshyam, Harnam Singh, Reeta Devi, Sat Paul IV, Rakesh Chander Sharma, Gurmeet Chander all junior assistants were promoted as senior assistants.
Madan Lal- I, Sanjeev Dogra, Ram Jyoti Sharma, Bashir Ahmad, Shahida Bano, Suresh Kumar, Sudershan Singh, Zakir Hussian and Lal Hussian have been granted conditional promotions. The conditional promotions have also been granted to Sham Lal II, Shamsher Singh, Mohammed Shafi Gutt and Parshotam Singh.
Consequent upon these promotions the High Court has also issued transfer and posting orders of 111 section officers, head assistants, senior assistants and junior assistants.
