JAMMU, Nov 27: In a contempt petition filed by Sanjay Gupta and others seeking implementation of judgment regarding consideration of appointment in Youth Services and Sports, Justice D S Thakur today directed the respondents to take steps to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks.
“Commissioner Secretary Technical Education shall be personally responsible for the implementation of this order and in case, the requisite orders are not passed and placed before this Court, he shall remain personally present on the next date of hearing”, Justice Thakur said after hearing Advocate Vivek Sharma for the petitioners.
