JAMMU, Apr 3: High Court has restrained Service Selection Recruitment Board from filling three posts of Sub-Auditor in district Kathua.
The order was passed in a petition filed by Ashwani Kumar and others, who have applied for the post of Sub Auditors/ Jr Supervisors in Cooperative Department.
After hearing counsel for the petitioners, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notice to the State and others with the direction to file objections. “Subject to objections and till next date before the Bench, respondents while continuing with the selection process in the Advertisement Notice No 3/2012 dated December 28, 2012 shall not fill-up three posts of Junior Supervisors/ Sub Auditor in district Kathua in open category”, High Court directed.
