JAMMU, Jan 22: State High Court today issued notice to Professor Nutan Kumar Resutra and others in an application filed by Prof S K Bhalla seeking impleadment as party respondent.
After hearing Advocate Sheikh Shakeel Ahmed appearing for Prof Bhalla, Justice Hasnain Massodi issued notice to Professor Resutra and others and directed them to file response within two weeks.
