JAMMU, Mar 29: The Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Gita Mittal, Chief Justice and Justice Sindhu Sharma have granted bail to Sanjay Singh son of Sukhdev Singh, a resident of Mandi Kotli in Samba district in case FIR No. 188/2008 registered at Police Station Samba under Sections 302/34 RPC and 3/25 Arms Act.
The bail was subject to furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs 50,000 with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
The remaining sentence imposed upon the applicant will remain suspended till further orders of the Court.
However, the appellant will have to report to SHO concerned on every second Saturday of the month.
