Srinagar, Aug 7: A meeting of the gazetted and non-gazetted employees of High Court was held here in which the issues pending before the Government were discussed and it was decided to defer the proposed strike on the instance of Registrar General.
The employees resented the step motherly treatment being meted towards proposals relating to gazetted and non gazetted sent by the High Court for Government for approval.
Despite the queries raised by the Government and replied by the High Court, the State Government is delaying the matters unnecessary, they said.
After the meeting delegation of gazetted and non gazetted staff met the Registrar General and deliberated all the issues which are pending before the State Government and Registrar General gave the patient hearing towards the genuine demands of the staff. On the instance of Registrar General proposed strike against the State Government has been deferred for time being.
