JAMMU, Aug 16: High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Sohan Lal seeking quashment of FIR No. 127/2019 dated 30.07.2019 registered with the Police Station Bishnah for offences under Section 376 of RPC.
After hearing both the sides, Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur observed, “this petition is found to be without any merit and is accordingly dismissed”.
“However, it is hoped that the investigating agency will investigate the matter in impartial manner to arrive at the truth”, High Court said.
