This refers to the letter by Rajinder Chand Anthal in this paper some days back in response to my article’ Hardwar in Duggar Land’ I am thankful to the author who has pointed out a factual error in the writeup by quoting ‘Chorgala Fort’ as ‘Chenani Fort’. Inconvenience caused to readers is regretted.An odd reference was made just to mention ill fates faced by Dayal Chand. Contention was not to disrot historical event or to undermine some one’s valour. Detailed information about forts pertaining to Chenani jagir have already been mentioned in my earlier articles.
