POONCH, Oct.7: Shamsher Hakla Poonchi, a prominent Gujjar Leader a scholar today strongly Condemned the act of unprovoked heavy firing and shelling on innocent civil population of border belt of Poonch -Rajouri and Jammu districts by Pak Army.
Hakla in a statement here today said that unprovoked firing by Pakistani Army on innocent people was sheer despicable act and human rights violation which created panic, grief and sorrow among the Border population of the State. Pakistani Army has crossed all limits under a fit of senselessness and anger, hea added. Hakla appealed State and Central Government to provide immediate suitable economic help to the victims of Pak firing.
Expressing his concern about the growing hostilities between India and Pakistan he appealed the Prime Ministers of two countries not to go for any hostile action and maintain peace and amity and take positive steps to end these hostile and antagonic intentions between both the countries.
