NEW DELHI, June 4: Gur prices settled on a steady note at the wholesale market in the national capital today following scattered buying support amid adequate stocks.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also pegged around overnight levels on little doings.
Marketmen said scattered demand amid adequate stocks helped gur prices to end steady.
Following are today’s rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 3,400-3,500, pedi Rs 3,600-3,700, dhayya Rs 3,800-3,900 and shakkar Rs 3,900-4,000.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,600-2,650, chakku Rs 3,050-3,150, khurpa Rs 2,925-2,950 and Ladoo Rs 3,000-3,050.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 3,250-3,300 and dhayya Rs 3,150-3,175. (PTI)
