JAMMU, Nov 8: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Jammu East Rajesh Gupta inaugurated the construction work of lanes and drains at Peepal Wali Gali in Ward Number 3 at an estimated cost of Rs 7.5 lakhs.
Rajesh Gupta was accompanied by JMC officials including XEn Joginder Paul and JE RK Koul and senior BJP leaders Prof Shyam, Rajinder Gupta, Yash Abrol, Kuldeep Sharma, Narottam, Vijay Mehra, Rajesh Nischal, Dhan Swaroop, Amit Khanna, Sudhir Raina, Sushant, Shankey, Nitish, Himanshoo, PC Gupta, Suresh, RK Khanna, Naveen and Prajawal.
Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that BJP Government has changed the narrative in J&K from security to development and the results are on the ground, which everyone can see.
“More and more developmental works are in the pipeline and it is our endeavour to see that Jammu finds inclusion in the smart city list”, he added.
MLA said that the response of the BJP Government to any challenge has always been swift and mature without any procrastination. “In Jammu East, we have to brace up to facilitate traffic mobility with increased rush due to Darbar Move”, he stated.
