JAMMU, June 18: BJP State vice president, Moti Koul while strongly advocating for implementation of GST in the J&K said the GST Bill is one of the most significant reforms which makes India as one unified market.
Moti Koul was addressing a programme organized by BJP Kashmir Displaced District here, today in connection with completion of three years of Narendra Modi Government at Centre.
Koul said current financial year has been a record year for industry and production, railway investment, highest length of roads constructed, rural roads, most cars and two wheelers were manufactured, highest foreign direct investment and highest Forex reserves.
He made it clear that inflation is under control and India is now the fastest growing economy in the world. Koul also appreciated Narendra Modi Swachh Bharat mission.
He, while terming the demonetization decision of Prime Minster as a revolutionary step said it has worked well in the country and hoarders of black money got a great setback.
Addressing the meeting the BJP Kashmir Displaced District president, Chand Ji Bhat in his address highlighted the achievements of Narendra Modi Government at Centre and coalition Government in the State.
He said under the leadership of Modi country is going to touch new heights. He said during last three years the caste based politics, nepotism and appeasement has ended and every person got opportunity to prove his talent. He said Modi Government is clean and there is no corruption charge on it and this Government is dedicated to poor and downtrodden people of the country.
J L Pandita vice president said that Modi’s foreign policy has been most successful and India’s image increased in comity of nations. Ramesh Koul president Yuva Morcha, Sweety Koul president Mahila Morcha also spoke on the occasion and highlighted various schemes launched by Prime Minster for the welfare of youth and women.
The vote of thanks was proposed Ravinder Kumar Raina vice president while Ashok Koul, B B Bhat Gosani, Chaman Lal Koul, Sanjay Bhat , Ravinder Bhan, Raja Ji Tikoo, M L Bhat and Ramesh Koul were among the other leaders who spoke on the occasion.
