NEW DELHI: The Government is making efforts to restore normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir through its various initiatives, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Wednesday.
Addressing a press conference to brief mediapersons about the decisions of the Union Cabinet, Jaitley said, ”It is the policy of the Government’s to normalise the situation in Kashmir and it is making efforts in this direction. When and what steps are to be taken, will be decided jointly by the representatives of the State Government and the Centre.
He said that the Central Government was willing to talk to all those who are interested in dialogue through its representative, in order to solve the Kashmir issue. (AGENCIES)
