JAMMU, Apr 3: The State Government has granted ex-gratia relief in favour of four Army personnel who were killed during a militant attack at Samba on September 9, last year.
An amount of Rs 2 lakh has been sanctioned in favour of the each martyr, namely Lt Col Bikram Jit Singh, Indra Singh, D Kiran Kumar Reddy and Srinivas Meesala.
