JAMMU, June 28: The accumulations at the credit of subscribers to General Provident Fund will carry interest at the rate of 7.1% for the first quarter of the financial year 2021-22— from April 1, 2021 to June 20, 2021.
An order in this regard has been issued by Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner Finance Department in pursuant to the notification issued by the Department of Economics Affairs, Union Ministry of Finance.
