JAMMU, May 31: Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the placement of 29 Senior Prosecuting Officers (POs) as Incharge Chief Prosecuting Officers (CPOs) in the Prosecution Department for six months or until regular appointments are made on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee or Public Service Commission, whichever is earlier.
According to the Government order issued by the Home Department, the officers placed as Incharge Chief Prosecuting Officers are Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Yogesh Bamba, Rajesh Kumar Khajuria, Reyaz Ahmad Bhat, Puja Nijhon, Rohini Manhas, Anil Saini, Jaipal Singh, Mohammad Wajhat Jamil, Mansoor Ahmad, Arvind Rothore, Riyaz Ahmad, Vikram Singh Parihar, Shahid Mustafa and Nawang Nurbu.
The other officers placed as Incharge Chief Prosecuting Officers are Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Rajeev Thappa, Raj Kumar-I, Anoop Kumar, Joginder Lal, Ashwani Kumar, Riyaz Ahmad (ST), Sunil Kumar, Tsering Phuntsog, Sarfaraz Ahmad, Raj Kumar-II, Mohammad Syed, Mohd Ajmal and Mohammad Shafi Baba.
