Srinagar, Oct 7: Ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader and MLC Firdous Ahmad Tak today lashed out at the State Government for not answering his question which he had submitted over Dulhasti Power project in Upper House.
The MLC had asked the Government to state whether the Dulhasti Power Project has been executed under an agreement with the State Government by NHPC and what are the terms and conditions thereto but the Government in its reply had said that it is collecting the information. There were four other parts of the question but none of them were answered.
Visibly angry Tak stood from his chair and told the Chairman Anayat Ali that he had submitted the same question in last session of the Legislative Council and the Government had replied that they are collecting the information. “But this time they are saying same thing again. How much time it would take for the Government to furnish the answer,” he asked.
