DODA, May 1: Deputy Commissioner Doda has ordered suspension of an AEO Agriculture Department, posted at Charota Agriculture Zone Assar, for violation of Model Code of Conduct and also directed SDM Assar to conduct a detailed enquiry into the matter.
The suspended AEO, namely Hafiz Mir, is accused of using his personal social media account for political activities and thus violating MCC. Complaints were received by the office of DC Doda from various quarters along with screen shots of social media posts by the erring employee.
“From the screen shot evidences submitted by the complainant , it reveals that the violation of MCC has allegedly been done by Hafiz Mir, who is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect,” says the order, issued by Deputy Commissioner, Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode, adding that SDM Assar shall conduct a detailed enquiry into the matter and submit a comprehensive report to the DC office.
