JAMMU, Mar 31: Government has directed the Hyderabad-based M/s Nagarjuna Constructions to start work on Patnitop Gandola at the earliest.
This information was provided by the Minister Incharge Tourism in response to the question of BJP MLA, Dina Nath Bhagat in the Legislative Assembly. “The company has been asked to start the work in the light of clearance obtained from the State Forest Advisory Committee”, the Minister said, adding “a team of the company is visiting J&K in the coming weeks”.
The project was conceived and approved in 2004.
