SRINAGAR: Governor Satya Pal Malik on Wednesday lauded Anand Kumar, Educationist from Bihar, for running his ‘Super 30 Programme’, which coaches underprivileged students for the entrance examination for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
A Raj Bhavan spokesperson said that Mr Kumar who is known best for running his ‘Super 30 Programme’, which he started in Patna, Bihar in 2002, met the Governor here.
He said Mr Kumar apprised the Governor about his ongoing and future plans for extending coaching facilities to much larger number of students from families having meagre financial resources. (AGENCIES)
