JAMMU, Apr 13: Governor N N Vohra and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today paid tributes to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.
In their messages, they recalled that Dr. Ambedkar, a most outstanding legal luminary, had made a signal contribution to the framing of the Indian Constitution. They also recalled Dr. Ambedkar’s invaluable contributions towards nation building, particularly in regard to the uplift of the weaker sections of society.
