JAMMU, Feb 24: N.N. Vohra, Governor, has given his assent to the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Bill, seeking authorization for payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Jammu and Kashmir for the services of the Financial Year 2013-14 (supplementary accounts 2013-14), and the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Bill, seeking authorization to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Jammu and Kashmir State for the services of the Financial Year 2014-15.
