SRINAGAR, Jun 6:
Union Home Secretary-designate Anil Goswami today called on Governor N N Vohra here and discussed various issues related to the State, including the upcoming Amarnath Yatra and cross-LoC trade.
During the meeting, they discussed various important matters relating to security scenario and various other matters for ensuring peace and normalcy in the State, an official spokesman said.
He said matters relating to the Shri Amarnath Yatra and certain issues relating to cross-LoC trade also came up for discussion.
Goswami later chaired a review meeting to take stock of the security situation in the State.
Senior officers of civil administration, police, army, central security forces and intelligence agencies attended the meeting, the spokesman said. (AGENCIES)
