GMC-J forms specialists’ teams to assess condition of Rajouri attack victims

JAMMU, Jan 7: Principal, Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, Dr Shashi Sudhan Sharma today constituted two teams of specialists to assess the condition of patients of recent terrorist attack admitted in GMC Rajouri and GMC Jammu.
The team of GMC Jammu comprising Prof and HoD Surgery Dr Ratnakar Sharma (chairman), Prof Anaesthesia Dr Rajesh Mahajan (member), Lecturer Orthopaedics and Senior Spine Surgeon Dr Farid Hussain (member) and Lecturer Surgery Dr Rahil Naqvi (member) will visit GMC Rajouri, assess the patients of the recent terrorist incident and take necessary decisions about their management including shifting them to GMC Jammu.
Another team constituted by the GMC Principal comprising HoD Anaesthesia Dr Anju Jamwal (chairperson), HoD Surgery Dr Ratnakar Sharma (member), Prof Orthopaedics Dr Abdul Ghani (member), Associate Prof Medicine Dr Gurmeet Singh (member) and Lecturer Cardiology Dr Syed Maqbool (member) will monitor 24×7 treatment of the patients of ‘Rajouri terrorist attack’ admitted in GMC Jammu.
