UDHAMPUR, Apr 9: A young girl ended her life by jumping off from Dudhar Bridge at Lower Malhar Udhampur, under mysterious circumstances.
According to the reports, Sakshi Devi (25), daughter of Sandoor Singh, resident of Lower Malhar Udhampur, jumped off from Dudhar Bridge. She was rushed to District Hospital Udhampur where doctor declared her as brought dead.
Cause of provocation behind the suicide could not be ascertained. Police Station Rehambal has initiated an inquest proceeding in this regard under section 174 CrPC for investigation starts.
