JAMMU, Feb 24: A young girl succumbed to her burn injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) today.
As per reports, 22-year-old Sukhbir Kour, daughter of Balbir Singh of Sainik Colony received serious burn injuries due to gas leakage at her residence.
She was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to her burn injuries.
The body was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Sainik Colony police post and investigation started.
