SAMBA, Oct 27: Former Minister and senior BJP leader, Chander Parkash Ganga today paid homage to saviour of Jammu and Kashmir, Brigadier Rajinder Singh on his Shaheedi Diwas at Shaheedi Smarak Baguna .
Recalling his valour and sacrifice Ganga said ,”Our generations are indebted to his supreme sacrifice which he made to safe guard the territorial integrity of Jammu and Kashmir”.
“Had the command of the then army of Jammu and Kashmir not been in his hands, we would not have been part of Mother India”, he added.
District president, BJYM Narinder Partap Singh and Mandal president, Ajay Sharma also paid rich tributes to him along with BJP volunteers.
Others present were State Executive member, Jairam Sharma, BJYM district general secretary, Ankush Jamwal, secretary, Pankaj Sharma ,OBC Morcha secretary, Sachin Balgotra, Dheeraj Singh Jamwal etc.
