Ganesh Mandir Prabandhak Samiti Ganpatyar holds meet

JAMMU, May 29: Ganesh Mandir Prabandhak Samiti Ganpatyar Srinagar in its meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of its president and veteran KP leader, H N Jattu discussed various issues about the working of the Samiti and concerning the holy shrine and its property.
The meeting warned those elements who were trying to sale the property and land of the shrine and complimented Mohammed Iqbal care taker of the land owned by the shrine at Shalamar Srinagar for informing the Samiti about the illegitimate activities of some vested interests and anti social elements who had made deals for disposing off the land and property belonging to Shrine.
He said it was due to timely intervention that the land and property of the Shrine was saved. H N Jattu informed the meeting that property and cash belonging to the Shrine is in safe hands.
He appealed the community members to come forward and associate with the Samiti by enrolling as its members so that the property and interests of the community and Shrine are well protected and are passed on right and trustworthy hands for the future times to come.
Prof M K Raina, Ashok Braroo, M K Koul, Ashwani Koul, Ravi Toshkhani, Shiban Pandita,, T K Jigyasoo, Kamal Chaku, Roshan Lal Koul, Ravi Jogi, Bal Ji and V Zadoo attended the meeting.
