JAMMU, Sept 28: The General Administration Department (GAD) today asked the IAS officers working in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to submit their Self Appraisals without any further delay failing which their Performance Appraisal Reports (PARs) for the assessment year 2020-21 shall be forwarded to the concerned reporting authorities without further notice, a GAD order said.
“It has been observed that a good number of IAS officers working in Jammu and Kashmir have not submitted their Self Appraisals for the assessment year 2020-21 leading to delay in recording the PARs at the level of concerned Reporting/ Reviewing/Accepting Authorities, which has been viewed seriously by the authorities, the order pointed out.
