RAJOURI, Feb 25: The District Administration today closed four private schools running without requisite permission in Thannamandi area and sealed their buildings.
The action was taken on the direction of DC Rajouri Vikas Kundal and under the supervision of SDM Thannamandi Vikas Dhar by a team led by Tehsildar Thannamandi Sahil Ali Shah. Tehsildar Thannamandi said that strict legal action will be taken against those who are involved in such illegal practices as they are playing with the future of innocent children.
The schools which have been sealed are Al Madina Tul Ilm Public School, Sunshine Public School Bhanghai, Muzamil Institute of Education Upper Alal and Bright Career Institute of Education, Begonara. The Tehsildar was accompanied by GQ Muzaffar Mir and a team of Education Department.
Tehsildar Thannamandi told that such drive will remain continue till all such illegally schools are not closed. He warned all those of dire consequences who are doing such illegal activities and mentioned that special teams have been constituted to keep close eye on all as some illegally opened schools are playing with the life of innocent children.
During his visit, he also inspected Government schools and passed strict directions to them for improvement in their academics.
