Four from Himachal injured in road accident at Nagrota

JAMMU, Mar 4: Four people from Himachal Pradesh (HP) were injured after the car they were travelling in collided with a parapet here at Nagrota area of the District early on Saturday morning, police said.
SHO Nagrota, Vishav Partap Singh said Deep Kumar (32) son of Balak Ram, his wife Jyoti Devi (29), daughter Yashvi Sharma (3) and one Shaveta (23) wife of Pankaj, all residents of Hamirpur, Punjab were returning from Vaishno Devi when their car collided with a parapet at Nagrota around 7:30 am today, resulting in injuries to them.
“After getting the information, a police team shifted the injured to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu, where they are undergoing treatment,” he said.
A case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at Nagrota Police Station and further investigations taken up.
