JAMMU, Dec 26: BBIA organized a FOSTAC training program for Industrial units running Food business at Bari Brahmana in collaboration with Food Safety Wing of Drug & Food Control Organization Samba at BBIA Bhawan today.
The programme was held in presence of Lalit Mahajan, president, Ajay Langer vice president, Viraaj Malhotra general secretary, Rajesh Jain secretary, Vivek Singhal Treasurer BBIA.
Ajay Langer, vice president, BBIA welcome the officials of the Food Safety Wing of Drug and Food Control Organization Samba along with the trainees from Green Food Consultancy to educate the Food Processing Manufactures in respect of FOSTAC training.
Wherein trainees from Green Food Consultancy training partners of FSSAI New Delhi imparted their skills & training regarding FOSTAC. The objective to provide safe & nutritious food to customers, To cater, Ethical/Cultural Values to the Food and to focus on policy matters.
Large number of Food Processing Manufactures & the concerned employees of their respective units attended the program organized by Food Safety Wing of Drug & Food Control Organization Samba. Viraaj Malhotra, general secretary, BBIA presented the vote of thanks.
